i am off to dallas to buy a house! finally....this is our front runner. preliminary negotiations have gone smoothly. now we just need to seal the deal. and then celebrate.
and on a side note, the weather in texas is in the triple digits. they probably do hot yoga classes in a parking lot. it'll be at least 35 degrees warmer than seattle. i haven't experienced that in several years. hope i don't faint...
